Kaya Fest presents “Education Before Recreation,” a FREE symposium discussing the many uses and benefits of the cannabis plant as well as the new laws and regulations. The event will feature world renowned keynote speakers.


Since the Kaya album release in 1978, the words of Bob Marley have helped Elevated Cannabis from: Awareness to Culture, Consciousness to Education, Normalization, which has led to Legalization. Stephen Marley carries on this legacy with Kaya Fest.


Is the eldest granddaughter of the Marley family. As a film-maker, storyteller, and come-unity activist, Donisha focuses on One Love in Action.

Program Director for NOCO Hemp Expo, and a technical advisor to the (U.S.) National Hemp Association. Founder of Source Hemp and sowed the first legal hemp crop in the N. Carolina since prohibition in 1937.
